Aiden parked his car infornt of The Cafe and stepped out. He put his keys into his pocket and ran his hand through his dirty blond hair. He stepped inside the cafe the clod air hitting his face. He pulled the sleeves of his black Adio jacket over his arms and stuffed his hand in his Bullhead jeans and walked up to the counter.
Hey. Can I get a Carmel Frap tall. Please He asked the person at the counter. Once he got it he walked to the back of the cafe and took a seat on one of the over stuffed chairs. He took a sip and sank lower into the seat he was glad to have some time to think. Life seemed to be going by fast. There seemed to be no time to stop and look around.
15 minutes passed and he was beginning to wish he had someone to talk to. If Vince was here he would've came He thought to himself. Vince was Aiden's older brother he had passed away at the end of his 10th grade year. He smiled thinking about how his brother would be teasing him about how long his hair was or how he hadn;t gotten in trouble almost all summer.
He'd probably be telling him to get out there and do something productive. Aiden sighed he missed him. terribly.

Marie sat in the passenger seat of their forest green Jeep as she waited on her mom to finish getting some groceries. She waited about 15 minutes and got bored of waiting. She looked around and saw a cafe. She was hungry and decided to get something to eat while she waited. Marie had her phone in case her mother needed her.
She opened up the door and stepped out, closing the door behind her. She folded her arms as she walked to the cafe and pushed the door open and stepped inside. Marie walked to the counter and ordered a cappachino(sp?) and a turkey sandwich. It was a weird combination but she didn't care. Even though she had just eaten at the mall, she was still hungry. Marie always ate alot but it was her metabolism that cause her to not gain any weight.
Marie gave them the money and took her food as they gave it to her. She turned away from the counter, looking for a place to sit. She walked to a table that was near a boy sitting on one of the cafe's over-stuffed chairs and sat down. She set her drink and sandwich down as she took her phone out of her pocket to check the time.

The sound of the cafe door opening pulled Aiden forcefully back to reality. He looked up to a girl walk in she crossed her arms and headed to the counter. He listened as she ordered a cappuccino and a turkey sandwich. He raised an eyebrow that was a really weird combination.
He watched as she took a seat near him and she pulled her phone out. As he did this he took a sip of his frap. He put his hand in his pocket and pulled out his copy of "Whithering Heights"and started reading.
About ten min later he had finished drinking and got up to throw away his cup. He closed his book holding it in one hand with his phone and grabbed the cup with the other. But he lost his grip. The book fell sliding across the floor and skidded to stop next to the girl he had seen early.
Oh the irony.

Marie took a sip of her cappuchino and took a bite of her sandwhich as she was lost in her thoughts. She wondered what the upcoming school year would be like and if she would make any new friends or turn out to be a loner like she was before. She didn't want that to happen again, even though she didn't mind it much.
Being jolted out of her thoughts, she looked down at the book that had slid over to her on accident. Leaning down, she picked it up. "Whithering Heights" She read the title. She had never read that book. Honestly, she didn't really have an interest in reading like she used to when she was little.
Marie over at the boy who had accidently dropped it. She stood, keeping the book in her hands, and walked over to him. This yours? She asked politely as she smiled sweetly to him. As she stood there, she looked at him again. Marie found him to be quite cute, but tried not to show what she thought.
