Madison sat down on the bench, eating her chocolate ice cream cone. It was a hot day, and she had decided to spend it outside, smart. She hated outside, and often said, 'I don't want to go there, it is outside!' But today, she wanted to go look at the animals. She had just purchased her ice cream after she saw all of the tigers, leopards and lions. That was her favorite part of the zoo, mainly because it was in a shaded area. She also liked the Aquarium, it was air-conditioned.
She usually went with her family, but today, she had gone alone, for no reason, she said she was going out, and that is where she went, out. She was thinking for more of a place like the mall, but her feet had led her to the zoo. It was just a good thing she liked animals. She stood up, half way done with her cone, and walked over to the aquarium, that way, she could get relief from the sun. She probably was getting a nice farmers tan also. Eww, she had to go to the beach and get rid of it right away.
The automatic doors opened, and she walked through them, the air conditioning blasting her. She could imagine just flying back wards if it was cold enough. The first thing she saw was the penguins. They were feeding them, so it was busy, and crowded. She pushed her way through the crowd, after finishing her ice cream. She walked into the tunnel, where the sharks swam above you, and to the sides. There was a little bench along the ways of the tank, and she sat down on it, looking at the other side. She didn't know what to do, and she was sort of waiting for someone to come and talk to her, even no one probably would.

Colin walked into the Aquarium first stopping to pat the manarays. They were his favorite. He liked how the babies would ride on their mothers back. It was very interesting. He pat the sea creature and moved on to watch the squid. It was a weird animal on how it practically stuck to the glass case. It scared him. ( Haha sorry this post is weird )
He got bored after a while and wend to the tunnel. He loved to watch the animals habitat and where they each had there own place to stay. Colin always questioned him Mom why the sharks didn't eat the fish. But she never got the chance to answer him.
"Hey Is Anyone Sitting There?" Colin asked gesturing toward the empty space on the bench. She was certainly a cute girl. It seemed like she was waiting for anyone to pounce up to her and talk to her, spend some time. Colin introduced him self. " My name is Colin Ross."
(Sorry it is so short i have to go eat)

Madison looked above at the tunnel. The sharks sort of bothered her, how they just swam above you. They were always so calm though. She didn't like to swim at the beach, she was always afraid that she would be attacked by a shark. Sometimes, she would walk on the edge, but never deep enough for even a small shark to go by unseen. The freshman was always afraid of being attacked, bu anything, even if it was by one of her siblings as a joke, she could scream, and loud. That's why they never did try to attack her. Because they knew what she could do, and she got her way with her parents, more than half the time.
She jumped when she heard someone talk, it was odd though. She was in public, people were going to talk. But it was aimed toward her, she knew that it had to be. She looked around her, and spotted a guy, he looked her age. "Um, no." She looked down at her hands, she was definitely shy when she first met people. She listened to him introduce himself, but she was still looking down. "My name is Madison Thompson. You can call me Maddie." She finally looked up at him, and smiled.

At first, Maddie seemed to be very shy. But he liked that. She seemed really really sweet. He adored her smile that stretched across her face. She then began to open up to him. She just smiled greetingly. Before he could say it a fish came right up to the tank.
The fish was not just any fish. It was an eel. An electric eel. The electric eel just stopped there and looked at them. All of a sudden it beamed a streak of lightning in its dark tank and startled Maddie. He grabbed onto her before she fell.
Colin had always had a good heart towards helping people. Like when you see and old lady trying to cross the road and a mack truck is coming. He would run out into the middle of the street and move her out the way.
Maddie smiled at him and they sat there. Colin holding her as they started chatting about there lives. " I am not really a sports jock but i am really into Flying- you know planes." He said seeing the glow in her blue eyes ( I think Miley Cyrus has Blue Eyes).

(Yeah, I think she does too, but in some pictures, they look green, and others, they look brown.)
Madison looked back at the eel. It scared, just a bit. She would stick with pools, they didn't have random sea creatures swimming at your feet. Fish were gross too, all slippery. Her dad liked to fish, she thought he was crazy. Touching the worms freaked her out, he liked the blood worms, they were the worst of them all, her dad liked to chase her with them in his hands. There weren't very many places to fish around here, she was OK with that, but she would never go fishing with him again.
She listened to him start to talk, and she smiled, looking up at him. Flying, that was interesting. She had never met anyone who liked to fly. "That's cool, I don't like flying, planes bother me, I don't like taking off." She didn't like sports that much either, she was a cheerleader, she was the one who cheered on the team, and the crowd. "I want to be a cheerleader here, do you go to Ranton High?" She asked, it wouldn't really make sense talking to him about what she wanted to do at Ranton High School, if he didn't even go there. He wondered what grade he was in if he went there. That would be cool if they were in the same grade.
(Uck, I don't have muse for Madison)

" Why yes i go to Ranton High" he said in an old english voice. " And don't worry about flying i will be there for you if you don't like taking off." Colin attends flight school at the Base and loves to take off. He doesn't like the feeling just the fact of how easy it was.
A cheerleader eh? How adorable. She was perfect for a cheerleader. He liked someone who had gut to stand up in front of everyone to shout tea spirit. Colin admired that.
He got up and took his hand out of his pcket. He stuck it out for her to grab. " Shall we, Miss?" She seemed curious about him. " Why don't we walk around some and chat about our grand lives, " he said sarcastically, laughing.
( Sorry i am slacking but i really am tired- its 1 AM!)

She looked at Colin and laughed at his accent. "What grade are you going to be in? I'm a freshman." She said. Chances of her making the cheer leading squad was low, but her sister was extremely popular, but she never really thought she could be as popular as her sister. Her sister was smarter than her, and she played sports, the only thing Madison had in common with her sister was her looks and height, they were both short, although Madison was shorter.
She shrugged. "The reason I hate taking off is that I don't like being held against my will against a seat." She'd only been on a plane twice, and she planned to live the rest of her life never setting foot on a plane again. She wasn't afraid of them, she just didn't like them. She leaned back against the glass. She once had a dream that when she leaned against the glass, it broke, and she fell in. Then the glass formed back again, trapping herself into the aquarium. she knew it would never happen.
She smiled up at Colin. He was weird, she liked weird people, most of her friends were. She grabbed his hand and stood up. "Why not?" She watched him laugh and smiled. Grand lives? Right.

Colin was glad that she was different than he was. Now he would always have something to look forward to. Once he walks into his class and sees her she would make him smile. "Thats great because i am a freshman too," he winked then gave her hand a squeeze. She didn't jump or anything. She was still and seemed comfortable with him. That was the best sign he had gotten. Maybe she liked him.
"I am also a water skiier, some people say i am crazy to like to do risky things but what can i say?, i enjoy it." Colin did indeed love to water ski. He stood out from all the other kids because of his different interests.
" Whenever i am out on the water and going off a jump i feel different, like i don't have to worry about anything," he said while looking ahead at the jellyfish. "Other than Cheerleading do you enjoy doing anything?" Colin asked.
He wondered if she had any lunch. Maybe he could ask her out for a bite to eat. He was sure he had some money. "Have you eaten lunch yet, Miss?" he asked in the same weird old accent that made everyone notice he was a weirdo.

She smiled at him. Now she had friend, none of the kids from the Junior High end up going to Ranton High because it is pretty much a boarding school, and there is a public high school, she lived a lot closer to Ranton High, than the other High School, and the Junior High really wasn't in Ranton. She didn't care though. Going to Ranton High would let her meet new people, people from a lot of different places. "Perfect." She said, with a friendly smile.
Colin definitely was an interesting person. Water skiing was a fun thing to do, she wouldn't do it everyday, and it really worked your muscles. She didn't even know she had that many muscles. That's what she said to her little sister afterward, then her sister called her a wimp, and they started fighting. "Wow, you are definitely a different person. I mean that in a good way" He seemed like he didn't care what other people had to say, he was just him. She wasn't, if anyone told her they didn't like something she was doing, she would stop doing it.
She didn't really do very many other things. "I like to draw, and, of coarse, go shopping. But I'm boring compared to you." She shrugged, she was boring anyways, compared to any normal person on the street. He asked her in his weird fake accent, if she had anything to eat. "Well, I had an ice cream cone before I came in here." She wasn't really that hungry, she had a big breakfast, and it was still sort of early, She could have fries or something.
(I think the muse is coming)

He liked the way she always was smiling. Did she ever frown about something? This made him smile. "Yes i have to admit i am a different person, last year the students at my school made that clear to me." Colin frowned. Last year at his old school he was considered a freak. A weirdo. Someone noone sat with at lunch. Yet the girls where nicer to him.
"You aren't boring!" he exclaimed wrapping his arm around her." he continued, "I think you are quite beautiful, Maddie" he could see her blushing. Then he too blushed at his comment. Well i don't want to make you too full so maybe some other time. He was a little dissapointed she had already ate but he could still talk to her.
"I would love to see your drawings sometime, though," he remarked, "I am sure they are great." He said smiling down at her. He pat down his hair and looked at her. She really was beautiful.

She smiled a lot, it took less muscles to smile then to frown, that's what her dad always says, and she says it too. That's why she loved to smile, but it did frown sometimes, she didn't like to though. But, after hearing what he said, she stopped smiling. "Kids are mean, and being different isn't a bad thing." She wished she was different, but she didn't like to be different, she was at first when she lived in California, but she soon changed to be like everyone else. And even though he didn't say that they made fun of him, she knew that's what had happened.
She shrugged, she knew she was boring, she didn't water ski, or fly planes. She did ride horses sometimes. They had two at the stables, but she didn't just go out there for no reason. Her mom went down there more often, and sometimes she went with her. She looked at him, and she felt her cheeks start to blush. "What?" Was all she could manage to say. She was surprised. He was different, she didn't know any guys who were brave enough to walk up to a girl, and say she was beautiful. Well, they would, but they wouldn't say it the same as Colin had just said. They would just have done it for a date, unless Colin was a good actor too.
She felt bad, he looked very disappointed that she had already ate. "Yeah, maybe some other time." She assured him. She promised that someday she would go with him out to eat. She thought about her drawings. She really just put them together, when she was bored. Sometimes when she felt like it, she would draw, when she saw something beautiful, she would draw that. She had a photographic memory, so she could always remember what to draw.

Yes indeed where kids mean and he put up with it his whole life. But Maddie wasn't mean at all. He was glad she was honest too. To him she was different but different in a whole nother way.
"We could always ee a movie sometime," Colin suggested. Hopefully she wanted to go out with him. He would most definately give her a great night out. His first girlfriend was his only real relationship. They were made to be together. He ws the different boy and she was the cool girl. Noone noticed him but everyone noticed her. But they both loved to fly. He took her flying for the first time and she was in love. But then she cheated on him and it was all over.
"So what would you like to do," he asked hoping for a good answer. But if she didn't want he didn't mind. He was going to go to work anyways. But that could always wait! He didn't want to lose this one.

Madison never really had been picked on, only at the beginning last year, where she quickly figured out what was her problem, and she changed, and became friends with the girls who had made fun of her in the first place, which really made no sense to other people, but to her, it made plenty. It really didn't matter, because after wards, she wasn't made fun of, if so, her 'friends' would back her up, and she would back them up, but only the brave bothered them. She was like them, but completely different. She was mean sometimes, but nice others.
She listened to him ask her to go to the movies. She nodded. "That would be great." Her parent's probably wouldn't approve of her going out with a guy they hadn't met, and she didn't really like having them meet people before she spent time with them. Her parent's were very strict, and she hated it. She only had one boyfriend, and they scared him away. She thought he had been perfect, but after his dad had played 20Q, with her date as the answer, he just turned around, and left. Only talking to her at school, but he never asked her out again.
She listened to his question, and shrugged. "I don't know, I have to be home by 9:30, strict parents." Most kids stayed out until ten, or later, but not her, that's when she had to be in bed. She always read, or drew until she was tired. Sometimes she listened to her iPod. She didn't like her parents, maybe when she was older, they would let her live.

"Ah stricties, i am so in your world. My parents make me go home at that time as well." Colin's parents had always kept a close and wide eye on him. They wanted to raise a religous son. He always had to go to church (thats something we should add as a place to go to in Ranton ) and always had to be dressed properly. He had to ace all his tests, keep everything neat and tidy. It was awful. It felt like he was grounded for life. But over the years they have grown old and left him alone. Colin admired how she was responsible. She knew all things that had to be done around her life and she respected her parent's rules. "Your parents aren't strict they are jsut looking out for you," he said knowing what he said was a good thing to say. " I would be happy to meet your parents sometime if thats okay." Colin figured he would get along well with her parents. His former girlfriend's parents loved him more than she did.

She shook her head. Her parents were horrible. She wanted more freedom. They didn't care so much about her grades, as long as they knew she tried her hardest. Even though she thought nine thirty was a early time, they were stretching it, nine thirty was late for someone who was supposed to be alone. Why did they let her wonder around the city alone. Even though it was a small city, there was still weird people, who you just looked at and were scared. "Yeah, but you still gotta love them." She shrugged, and smiled.
She looked over at the fish and sharks, swimming around together. They were looking out for her, but if she was two seconds late, she would be in trouble, big trouble, because her parents didn't trust her, even though she hadn't done anything wrong in the first place. She listened to him, he wanted to meet her parents, already? "If you want too, they really aren't that different from many other parents." She said, he could meet her parents, she didn't care, he seemed nice.
